Bé
Breakfast was not good and dry. I booked a family suite, but they believed a king bed was good enough for a family, so I had to request an additional bed and pay for it. So, not satisfied.

I love staying at Novotel suites hotel at Acqua in mandaluyong..i always look forward to returning and seeing familiar faces..everybody there is just the nicest..i thank each & everyone one of you..look forward to seeing you all in the near future..thank you & God bless you all..i will miss everyone..

It was a pleasant stay at Novotel. The room was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were fine. However, you need to be a bit careful when showering, as the water drains slowly and the floor outside the bathroom can get quite wet. Aside from that, everything was good. Breakfast was good, with the menu changing everyday. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool. . The staff were friendly, nice, and very helpful.
