I stayed at the hotel with our twin toddlers. We got a suite, which was super helpful so that we could have separate spaces, and the hotel provided two pack-n-plays and a microwave for us. Very accommodating!

Some lights in room didnt work, and there was crushed candy on carpet when I first checked in. Mandatory resort fee, phone line unhelpful when calling to arrange check in. Nice bathroom, pool and gym looked nice but didnt get a chance to use during work trip.

The lobby bar and restaurant was stunning. Newly designed and very stylish with a very friendly accommodating staff.

This was great. Beds were awesome, pool was perfect, everything was wonderful.

The location of this hotel is excellent, but if location is flexible, there are better options nearby that offer more value and amenities. The destination fee felt unnecessary, as the property does not provide enough to justify the added cost. The gym is very small, the pool is underwhelming, and the bathrooms near the fitness center were not well maintained. The hotel offers a $15 daily food and beverage credit, but there is no true on-site restaurant. One dining option was set up in a ballroom and was closed during lunch, while breakfast was overpriced and not worth the cost. There are much better dining options within walking distance. The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication. We were initially told we could use the credit at the bar, but when we tried to charge purchases to our room, staff said it wasn't possible. On another day, we were told a restaurant was closed, then directed to a different venue where charging to the room was allowed. The inconsistent information made the experience confusing and frustrating.

Clean, comfortable and great location

very comfortable hotel; great location near Dupont Circle, convenient to Metro and buses. Enjoyable neighborhood with plenty to do within walking distance.

Nice hotel in a geat location and great staff. Parking rates extremely expensive. Hotel was going through lobby remodel at time of visit but staff made up for any inconvenience. We will stay again.

The staff was Great. Curious and friendly. When asked for more supplies we received them right away and they even brought it directly to our room. We were traveling with a dog. Staff ensured he was taken care of.

loved it
