Giant roach was in the room. An empty hand soap bottle was provided. However, the staff was very willing to help, which was good!

The location is great, but couldn’t lower the room temperature, always stayed at 27 degrees. Had no choice but open window so I could sleep.

Good location in middle of jeju city, big room with nice bed and bathroom. Handy for getting down to the harbour.
