We arrived after midnight but that was not a problem with the very friendly and helpful member of staff who checked us in. Apartment was spotlessly clean, great amenities in the kitchen area including good size fridge, bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Situated within a short walking distance of main bus station (bus from airport), and very straightforward to walk to the old port area (took about a very leisurely 15 mins). Would certainly recommend as great value for money , and provides everything that most people need during a city break.

Per sota de la mitjana Arrived late at night and had messaged in advance on two occasions to request 2 single beds instead of a double as travelling with my teenager. This was listed as an option on the room description. On checking in this had not been done and the allocated room only had one bed. Room was changed but to a room with one bed and one sofa. Had to make up the sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable for my son who has sensory issues. Room and bathroom were unclean and the room smelt of dampness. Toilet and shower were unclean. Staff member at reception was very nice and did try to help but the hotel was to a poor standard

The air con wouldn't go lower than 21.
There was a sewer smell in the room.
Laundry was great. The room was large and well equipped. The staff was excellent. Close to train and oldtown

Everything was clean and in good order, except that the A/C in the bedroom was not working at all, and unfortunately there was nothing the staff could do. It was also strange that the sink was in the room with the shower instead of with the toilet, but it worked. All of the staff that we dealt with were really friendly and helpful, big shout out to Thomas who was so nice and helped us a lot with directions and restaurant recommendations.

Overpriced hotel considering the overall quality. I would stay in a more expensive place if I go again. Shower is with curtain, not comfortable bed.
