The shower handle was broken they tried to fix it at 11pm at night without any luck and ended up moving us to a new room. Ruined my sleep and stay

M'he quedat amb la família · Per a l'oci

Stay started poorly with very discourteous front reception staff. We were assigned a room which already had guests in it & while quickly rectified no apology given at all. Room was ok but not what expected of a 4 star hotel. Dining room staff were very different, extremely polite and attentive, especially Rajesh and Depayat
