Nice & clean room! Wonderful staff! People were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and appreciated the hotel’s staff and service. We liked the onsen very much. Thanks for everything! There were also a very nice and green walking path and garden nearby the hotel. The subway was close to the hotel too. Very good restaurants nearby. There was also a Vietnamese restaurant nearby with many good choices of foods.

The stay was pleasant. Property was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. The one issue we had was the size of the room. For a solo traveler is perfect. For two people it was not very functional.

Room was good, laundry was good and location was very convenient, unfortunately using the elevator was sort of inconvenient with all the floors and how busy it was it took awhile. Also something to note the pool is only open July and August

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were kind of small but it’s Tokyo so what are you gonna do. AC was solid, beds were kind of damp all the time and the showers were tiny but other than that it was great!

Excellent hotel. Great location. A robust portfolio of amenities in the hotel. Convenient to many charming local places to eat. A short walk to the train station. The only challenge was the small size of the room. But everything else more than made up for it.
