The property and rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful and arranged both pickups and drop offs from the train. We will definitely return to visit.

OMG....exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend. For full disclosure, we had a junior suite room (so not sure how large the standard rooms are). Everything about this property was awesome. And, the staff was super helpfuf.

Very beautiful hotel right in the centre of Zermatt with everything very nearby. Well designed interior and very upgraded amnesties. Star of the hotels are all hotel staff members very helpful and understanding of every situation. Special mention to melania and all reception team, Kitchen staff and service manager and star of the hotel Lewis from Concierge. Very very helpful. Thank you for making our stay special.
