Very good location and reasonable price for where it is situated, but the amount of mosquitoes in the property was unbearable. We did not spend a minute more in the property than we needed to and slept with mosquito repellent on. TV remote did not work either.

Per sota de la mitjana Would not stay here again. All I wanted to do was check in at check in time and my room was over an hour late after traveling for 30+ hours. The staff was not apologetic at all and offered no solution to my room not being on time besides to wait. Bathroom also had hair everywhere and room had a weird smell to it.

This location is perfect. There was market right outside and it had so many good things to buy from locals. It was a close walk to the cathedral in Florence. The room was also so big and the beds were comfy and the bathroom was so big my girlies and I all got ready in it. The host was also super friendly and responsive and the check in instructions were so detailed which made for an easy and smooth check in. Definitely would want to stay here again.

Per sota de la mitjana Upon arriving at the residence, the outer door code did not work. Neither did the inner door code. Also, the instructions were finding the key in the black box were not accurate as the key was not in the box. We wound up calling the emergency number and the person that answered gave us completely different codes than what was provided to me via email from accessing the property. No hot water.

El lugar estuvo limpio, desafortunadamente hay algunos servicios indispensables que no hay, como por ejemplo no tienes jabón ni shampoo para baño, no hay limpieza diaria de la habitación y si vas con familia ir al baño a un piso diferente es algo incómodo, no estuvo mal pero si hay cosas necesarias que deberían implementar.

The place is decent, centrally located.
If you are looking for a place to stay for a night or two in the central Florence and don’t mind to go to your private bathroom to another floor, it is a good choice.
