Estada individual

Start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what their amenities and services they have, as well as assist me in getting my suite key replaced after I forgot it in my room. They also offer breakfast that is reasonably flexible and the ability to order food from your room at most hours. Room service was done on the daily and you can request refills from the complimentary snack parlour via the phone or in person. Wifi was also provided for free.

Fantàstic
It was so lovely the minute we stepped in the hotel the reception Zionist was to warm and welcoming. We had a standard room and it was so nice .. modern and spotless.. my friend at breakfast carnt have certain coffees and milk a.. she carnt have coffe from machines . The waiter at breakfast went and her a fresh one and brought to table.. which we have never got from other hotels .. overall we were extremely happy and will be staying again x

Wasn't aware of limited parking but staff were extremely helpful with alternative. The chap that checked us in was brilliant and so chatty and helpful, shame I didn't get name.

This is a fabulous hotel in all aspects but I must mention the excellent breakfast in particular. So much choice and delicious. Modern environment with lots of space and high quality furnishings. Individual rooms are original and fully equipped. Our new favourite in Leicester. Good price too. Love it. Staff are really nice and friendly.

Staff could have done a better job in terms of welcoming and parking options. Room was decent enough with a large enough bed, however the shower had a distinct weed/cigarette smell to it. Has so much more potential than what they do.
