The room was amazing, we overlooked the Capital building and had floor to ceiling windows with a great view throughout the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location, close to dining and night clubs. I would stay there again.

It was good. Staff were extremely helpful. Pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Blankets are limited to a comforter or throw blanket, which I had to blast the AC to not be sweating every night.

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Austin exceeded my expectations. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding level of customer service provided by the staff. At the front desk, Brandon and Ivy went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine kindness. Their willingness to help and their positive attitudes made me feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We would also like to recognize Maurice, Daniel, and Alex for providing extraordinary car service. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail made transportation seamless and stress-free. They consistently demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction that is increasingly rare. It is employees like Brandon, Ivy, Maurice, Daniel, and Alex who transform a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Hyatt Centric Austin is fortunate to have such a dedicated team. The staff was so amazing. Every door was opened upon walking in/out, they were accommodating beyond measure, not to mention the hotel was immaculate. Will stay again, every time!

Staff was great especially the valet , location was great too . Only downside for us was barn door bathroom, wish hotel had full door on their bathrooms!
