Super friendly people all around. Kind staff and people in general! It’s a perfect location and surrounded by restaurants and the biggest mall in Cape Town (canal walk). Wish I could’ve stayed forever~

The brusque initial reception thankfully changed with appropriate check-in staff, to the inability to charge restaurant costs to the room, made this quite unpleasant

The heater in the room was not working so we had to sleep in coldness for two days, even though we reported to the housekeeping and front desk. They gave us a tiny portable heater on day 3 and it was a bit better than before...apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
