I had a comfortable stay at the Hotel Madero. My room was small but clean, and the property is in an excellent location. But the best part of the stay was the desk staff, who were very helpful, professional and friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice centro location. Safe area to walk and explore. Room lacked a lot of space to move around and counter/horizontal surfaces to put suitcases and bags. Elevator and stairs arrangement odd. For our room couldn’t avoid stairs with suitcases even with elevator. Sounds from nearby rooms are readily heard; transmit easily through walls/floors.

Our stay at hotel Madero was wonderful. Querétaro is such a beautiful city and the hotel is in the middle of it all! From our hotel we walked to restaurants bars shops the location was extremely convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!
