A rather 4-star property with very friendly staff and a good location to explore Clarke Quay, financial and shopping districts. Our room was rather small and compact. The walls were very thin and I could hear guests next door talking and watching TV all night - not great for a light sleepers.

Clean hotel and helpful staff. We arrived hours before check in time and since there was an available room they let us check in early. Room is always cleaned mid day. Location is very convenient, very close to public transit. Just two lines from Changi Airport with an easy transfer and literally one stop away from Chinatown. The complementary gin was also a nice touch. Will 100% consider this hotel again on a future visit to Singapore.

S'ha quedat amb la parella

Staff were helpful and also got ourselves a complimentary room upgrade as the room tier we booked are fully booked (will take it as a win). Would be great if the toilet bowls were equipped with bidet function though. Would also be great to have a hanger for hand towels next to the sink, aside from that all is good.

Location was ok, not much food choices around hit manageable. Room a little small but ok. Only problem was the shower, the hot water was intermittently turning cold then back hot again.

Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Drinks reasonably priced. Pool lovely temperature. The building works around the Hotel disruptive and noisy. Should have been mentioned at booking as it's a huge building site on 2 sides and very very noisy and dusty. But too many negatives for me...... smelly bathroom (drainage smell from sink) sun beds broken/sharp edges, tiles chipped in pool, jets don't work in pool, no sun bed cushions as you'd expect for a 5* Hotel, you run out of tea/coffee/toilet rolls and don't get replaced without asking. You don't get help with luggage. Towels not always changed daily. To be honest, the list goes on and on...... 3* tops!
