Roachs and bed bugs. The working staff that did most of the work was very helpful and tried to do the best they could. But the management are penny pinchers.
Meaning you had to pretty much fight with them to get what you were supposed to get free. All in all pretty good bang for the buck.

The staff is very friendly. They are also willing to help with your needs. We stayed here seven years ago and we came back. It has been fixed up and more modern today we booked the suite room with the hot tub. It is top-notch. Plenty of shopping nearby and restaurants

Infested with Bed bugs. I supposed to stay there for 3 nights but I'd rather move to other much better anc cleaner hotel/motel than this property with full of bed bugs crawling around my bed. It was terrible

It was a pleasant stay with a clean room and efficient, friendly service from housekeeping, front desk an staff personnel. The staff’s professionalism and the property’s cleanliness were my favorite aspects.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and a shopping mall. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit.

We had a pleasant stay with a clean, well-maintained room and efficient, friendly service from the housekeeping, front desk, and staff personnel. The professionalism of the team and the overall cleanliness of the property truly stood out.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and a shopping mall. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit.

Great value for money through Expedia. Staff is excellent - respectful and polite. Room is nice, clean, and spacious! Clean crisp towels in the bathroom. Massage service is awesome. Neighbourhood outside the property may not be for everyone but is overall safe. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and even malls in walking distance.
