Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht richtig beim Schacht über dem Bett , die Klobrille war kaputt und der Duschkopf für die Regendusche funktionierte nicht wie gewünscht und das Wasser spritzte überall hin, Dusche war schimmelig und absolut nicht gereinigt.Das Umfeld ist auch nicht gerade ruhig und raubt einen den Schlaf,Müllentsorgung Fehlanzeige!Badezimmer viel zu klein für korpulente Menschen.Eine Decke gab es auch nicht , sondern nur ein Deckenbezug , den man sich auch noch teilen musste.Geschirr war dreckig, was zur Verfügung gestellt wurde!Auf Anfragen wurde garnicht reagiert (schlechter Service)
Stadt ist empfehlenswert, aber diese Unterkunft nicht !

Sehr zentral, Personal war uns allerdings keine Hilfe, Check in Zeiten wurden nicht beachtet und keine Antworten per Whats App oder Chat

Η διαδικασία του check-in έγινε κυριολεκτικά την τελευταία στιγμή, μετά από δικό μου τηλεφώνημα στις 14:59. Δεν υπήρχε απάντηση στα μηνύματα που είχα στείλει τις προηγούμενες ώρες και ημέρες, ενώ τις πληροφορίες για το check-in τις έλαβα τελικά στις 15:05.
Η περιοχή είναι πολύ κεντρική αλλά και εξαιρετικά θορυβώδης. Υπάρχουν πολλά νυχτερινά μαγαζιά που λειτουργούν μέχρι τις 6 το πρωί ή και αργότερα, οπότε αν κάποιος θέλει ησυχία και ύπνο, θα δυσκολευτεί. Προσωπικά αυτό δεν με ενόχλησε, γιατί γνώριζα ήδη την περιοχή.
Το δωμάτιο είναι αρκετά καλό. Χρειάζεται κάποιες μικρές εργασίες συντήρησης, αλλά συνολικά είναι σε καλό επίπεδο.
Το βασικό σημείο που πρέπει να βελτιωθεί είναι η διαδικασία του check-in. Ένα ταξίδι έχει ήδη αρκετό άγχος και η έλλειψη έγκαιρης ενημέρωσης το αυξάνει χωρίς λόγο.

Det enda som inte var bra är att det var väldigt svårt att hitta till fastigheten.
Det står inga skyltar eller annat. Det var ett annat bolag som stod utanför byggnaden

Krångligt med incheckning, för oss samt andra gäster som stod väntandes vid dörren.
Trasigt duschhandtag, trasig toalettsits.
Vi var 3 personer, extra sängen/bäddsoffan var stenhård. Kan ej räknas som säng.

Appartement correct pour le prix. Par contre, la propreté laisse à désirer (mégots de cigarettes sous le lit), les cuisine est très mal équipée (pas de bols, une casserole et une spatule? Et rien pour essuyer la vaisselle. De plus, le congélateur était inutilisable. Finalement, il n’y a rien pour déposer nos choses dans la douche et aucuns produits disponibles (contrairement à ce qui était annoncé) Nous avons contacté la compagnie de gestion mais le message est resté sans réponse…

I would probably not stay here again. The self check in was not efficient. I had to call 3 times to get my check in information. When I finally received it, it was 1 hour after the check in time of 3pm. They did not automatically send me the information. The apartment was ok…but shower was broken, futon couch was ripped and heavily stained, front door handle was broken and fell off into my hand. It is located in a great area for restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and shopping. Easy to take uber to location. It is above a very loud rock bar! If noise is not your thing don’t stay here.
