A great location and would recommend but not when it’s hot as there is no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. We were dreading returning to the hotel in the evenings as it was so hot in the room.

It has no AC but knowing that they get high temps over a few days and only providing 1 broken fan for 4 ppl in the suite was not acceptable. Bathroom tiles had dust on them from the vent, the vent was full of dust and I guess part of the fluff spread to the tiles. Front desk one person and a queue of guests. Yes they offer self check-in but that system was horrible and constantly showed errors when trying to write the key cards. A good hotel has personal and doesn’t cheap out and cut personell. There such a disconnect between hotel and guests, it just didn’t feel right. Next time we stay somewhere else that’s for sure.

Endroit très bien situé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se préparer un petit repas. Le café est du café instantané. Notre chambre avait de grandes fenêtres et nous avions accès à des casiers pour allonger nos visites de la ville. Si vous avez une voiture, le stationnement est à côté de l’hôtel sinon, tout se fait à pied à partir de la gare St-Lambert.

Very convenient location in an old monastery. It’s essentially a small apartment. I highly recommend it for families or anyone needing more space and a place to cook.
