Good parking spaces behind the property, very clear information about finding the property. The apartment was spacious, very clean, lovely decor and very comfortable. We got some advice on where to find a nice local pub, and ate in the centre close to the property. Overall absolutely lovely.

The apartments are in impeccable condition and ideally located with free ample parking. We staying in the Prestbury suite for 2 weeks and the Battledown suite for a week. Sarah was a gracious host who ensured that our check in and transition from one suite to the other was smooth. Sarah gave us some advice on what to do in the Cotswolds and she was spot on! Just yesterday, Sarah wrote to us to let us know that we had left something behind and she was going to sent it to us by post to Canada. What great customer service! We will be returning again next year.

Beautiful place, lovely and clean with helpful staff.
Perfectly located, right next to bars and entertainment venues.
Free parking was a major draw for me but the included bread, milk, fruit, croissants, tea/coffee and orange juice was a great bonus!
I had a comfortable night's sleep with a good shower in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again!
I would much prefer being given the code via message though for self check-in but the staff were really helpful either way.

I would rate this property a 1000 if I could!! Wowzers!! Sarah the host is as amazing as the property!! Excellent location…super fast WiFi. Quiet rooms. The accommodations are fantastic down to the fantastic sheets, pillows and towels!! Sarah had even stocked the fridge with breakfast items. The kitchen has pots/pans and a dishwasher!! All super thoughtful touches!! Highly recommend this property…

Fantàstic This is genuinely a luxury apartment and spotlessly clean. Spacious living area, well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee milk and several options for a delicious breakfast waiting in the fridge when I checked in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom had fluffy white towels and all the toiletries you would need and they really had thought of everything, including a booklet with all the restaurants nearby. The location is quiet and free parking was provided at the rear of the property. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. It was even better than the photos and description listed.

The whole experience was one of great things from the booking to arrival to the stay. Extremely comfortable with everything you would need and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bonus in Cheltenham.

Very convenient parking just behind the building. Staff were always on hand by phone for any queries. Kitchen clean. Excellent breakfast selection of goods. Good location. A very comfortable stay.

We had a lovely time! Amazing location and the interior was stunning. The staff was really kind and we had a really lovely stay. No faults!
