the air-cond not really function...its totally not comfort at all....the sheet quite dirty.... request for iron for a day before but telling that other guest already take it but they not sure which guest...telling the reception that we want to borrow the iron but until we check-out...not receive anything...no apologize from the at all... why did i feel we get the room in level 4 because of cheap offer....

I had booked the family room and it was so nice. Suitable for my family to stay there overnight. The picture provided aren't too different with reality so it was quite comfortable. Overall for the budget hotel, I would raised my thumb up
