Room smells like soured water and musty. Feels Very dirty. Bidet doesn’t work. Bathroom stinks. Room is very old feeling. Terrible room but hotel staff is nice

物を置く台をずらしたら、大量に埃とゴムが転がっていました。トイレも途中で使用できなくなり、夜中だったのであきらめました。

A great business hotel with a particularly nice (slightly larger room). It's close to Sendai's city center, the shopping plazas, and the train station, which is convenient. It had a really deep bath that was great to soak in after showering.

Bé Staff is very helpful and flexible which is rare in Japan. The hotel is very well located, walking distance to the train station and close to bars and restaurants. They just missed on one point : they did not have shower hats...
