We were given disabled rooms , which we didn’t request
We felt so embarrassed as we have guests with us in second room who were not disabled either
When we entered the room seemed like someone was sitting on the bed, used pillow and then left the room
We book room with breakfast and was told that we have to pay extra for breakfast when we arrived

The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was due to the fact that Hotels.com had not passed on my information regarding travelling with dogs.
On my arrival I found out I’d been allocated a non pet friendly room, I advised them I had sent the information as requested via Hotels.com, but they said they had not received it.
Thankfully, despite there being a large function at the hotel, they were able to make some changes and allocate me a pet friendly room! Can you imagine if they’d been completely full 😳
Other than that the hotel was FABULOUS! A lovely spacious ground floor room and staff that were so attentive and polite!
I would definitely stay there again.

Fantàstic Really polite staff couldn’t do any more for you excellent day. John the Bell manager was so helpful and friendly couldn’t meet a nicer guy. Cameron in the restaurant excellence service and very helpful.

Welcoming staff and spacious rooms. Excellent parking and well located for exploring the area - although quite a way out of oxford if that is your reason for visiting. Important to note there is a £15 charge per night for parking your car. This additional cost is not outlined anywhere

The hotel was great, clean and nice facilities but the sofa bed in our room let the stay down, it wad so uncomfortable. Even my daughter who isn’t very big kept waking up and so we ended up taking shifts between that and the main bed. Worst night’s sleep in a long time I’m afraid!

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn went above and beyond to make my son feel special on his Birthday, they also made all accomodations we required for accessibility with ease.
There was live music on Friday night in the restaurant which was great, all the food was delicious and the staff were all so, so lovely. We had a great time and we would come back.
