The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. However, the main reason I chose this hotel was for the rooftop bar and restaurant, only to find it's closed on Sunday and Monday nights. I also paid $53 for breakfast (for two) because of the great reviews from others. However, the restaurant was closed for the public holiday, so instead we were given a voucher to have breakfast at Ibis, only a 2 min walk away. Unfortunately, the food and drink were awful, and the staff unhelpful. If I'd known the standard would be so poor, I'd have asked for a refund instead.

Klaudine and Esther were friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The hotel was right in the heart of the city- walking distance to everything! The room was very clean and spacious for 3 adults. We had breakfast included in our booking however the buffet was fairly simple but we could order hot breakfast (egg, bread, veggies). Parking around the corner for $10 per exit was great and approx 3 min walk

Great central location for our short stay. Friendly staff and loved the roof top bar. I’d stay again. Its central location meant some city noise but didn’t bother us. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Room we were kindly upgraded to upon arrival was clean & well presented. Bed was very comfortable and hotel location was excellent in the centre of the city. Note: there's no onsite parking, however the hotel has a $10 parking deal available at a local Wilsons Multistory carpark (just need to ask at reception). Staff in the rooftop bar were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
