We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Collin at the front desk! We arrived well before the standard check-in time, and Collin went above and beyond to get us checked in early. After a long journey, being able to settle into our clean, comfortable room ahead of schedule was an absolute lifesaver.
Beyond the amazing check-in experience, the hotel itself was wonderful with great amenities, excellent location, and top-notch hospitality all around. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay!! We visited for my mother’s birthday and everything was so beautiful!! I especially loved the room with the umbrellas in the ceiling!! Close to the mall and lots of restaurants and stores nearby Dave and busters is right across the parking lot definitely 10/10!!!!!

Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. The other issue we had was the hot water in the bathroom randomly stopped in the morning. The hotel staff got maintenance to fix it by the end of the day, but it was an annoyance. We understand it was a random issue, and we appreciate the staff helping us.
