Easy access to the Zocalo and walking distance to various metro entry points.  The staff was very helpful! My mom had to keep some medication cold and the front desk was able to assist. There was also a gentleman who help us find the World Cup games on TV when the restaurant next door didn't allow us to watch it there.  Overall, the excellent service and convenient location made for a great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was advertised and sold as including breakfast, but when I arrived, the staff completely refused to provide it unless I paid extra. Despite having already paid for breakfast as part of my booking, I was repeatedly asked for additional money. The staff were not helpful at all when I tried to resolve the breakfast issue. Instead of assisting me, they made me feel like I was begging for something that I had already paid for. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the hotel charges an extra $20 just to use the room safe, which is an essential amenity that should be included in the stay. I would not recommend this hotel due to its misleading practices and poor treatment of guests. Ps: you need to be able to speak spanish as no one at the reception speaks english.

It was fantastic

The staff were hostile and arrogant. The room was not what I expected and they seemed to be pleased about that. They also lied about the opening time of the restaurant. The room itself was very small but fairly clean and tidy. The area around the hotel is not safe after dark and was a long way from points of interest that I wanted to visit. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and WILL NEVER stay here again!

All the necessities and very comfortable. Rooms are not spacious but everything was in excellent condition, very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Everything we needed in a great location for exploring the historic centre of Mexico city.

I would return for the location itself. It is very conveniently located in the downtown area with a 5 min walk to El Zocalo and surrounded by many restaurants.
