Smoothest check in and best desk staff I've ever dealt with also most comfortable beds and pillows with super dark blackout shades. We slept in way past our planned wake up time

We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great.

Helpful staff, clean room, beautiful hotel & steps away from KeyBank Center - perfect location! We used the easy access overflow parking. It's been years since I've stayed here & I can't wait to come back!

Fantàstic Room was large, needs more towel hangers, but beautiful location! The pool was not useable due to a pool party before hand, I found it to be lacking in cleaning. (Waste, towel, dirt) but would stay here again. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful.
