Good location, but beside busy road we were away from the road could still hear noise esp trucks at night. Found some hairs so wrote a note for house keeping to deep clean floor and not to make the bed as I like to have it a particular way. We came back to bed made and not sure if floor was cleaned properly. Also saw a baby cockroach on the shower curtain. Couldn't report this to reception as we were busy.

Had a very pleasant stay in their family unit. Room was very spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom. Got a yummy fresh bottle of milk at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! Walking distance to the playground and beach. The room was in the front facing the main road so despite the double-glazed windows, you can hear trucks. I would request a room in the back if available next time but otherwise, will stay again!

Genial
Staff amazing. Room wonderful. I'm just not used to so much traffic noise. But it is on main road. To make up for noise , it's so close to the beach and easy to access from or to Nelson city.

Friendly staff. Good room layout with the two single beds is the separate room and the queen in the main living area. It seems odd at first, but really does work better.

We got in late, which was accommodated and had a wonderful night's stay in a clean, quiet, and spacious room. My mom wanted the AC running all night so I was worried I'd be chilly, but the bedding was warm without being overly so. I would gladly stay there again next time I'm in Nelson
