great place to stay around fukuoka. the staff are super friendly, helpful and very considerate of guest basic needs. will recommend and stay there again.

I reserved a nonsmoking room. Whenever we checked in they gave us a smoking room. The room smelt terrible. It was in poor condition. There was mold all over in both the bathroom and the bedroom. The staff takes your room key everytime you leave!! I felt so uncomfortable leaving my items there. The staff was all great, the overall condition of the hotel was terrible. So glad it was only one night. It was close to a station that leads directly to the airport which was very convenient.

I felt like Gulliver in Lilliput going into my room. Everything seemed miniature...I am 173cm (5’8”) and had to bend way down to put the key into the door lock. The door and frame were miniature, too. The mattress of the double was so soft I’d have preferred sleeping on the floor. Luckily the room had a twin bed too with a decent mattress. The nightly rate was pretty cheap but one would at least expect a mattress you can get a decent night’s rest on!

On very busy street with lots of public transportation available. Great air conditioning like this is not found in all Japanese hotels.
