Used to love Hotel Seri Malaysia chains when I was a kid but this one is just terrible. The cleanliness is super poor. The room floor full of lizard’s poo and dusty, toilet needs deep scrubbing, furniture broken. The prayer room is dirty as well. Pool needs maintenance as it has loose tiles, my husband got a cut while using the pool. For the price paid, you can get much much much better rooms at other hotel. This place has potential, please do better.

The place was ok. The toilet however was in need of restoration because it was smelly, low water pressure and the instant water heater was not screwed properly onto the wall.

I like the pool. Clean pool. Food for sahur was delicious.Attentive night shift staff. Room needs improvement. Bed definately needs replacement. Old musty smell in room.

The check-in was nice, the staff were helpful. Kids really enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. However, there is a cleanliness and maintenance issue in the room. Sinks are leaking, toilet smells, floors are sandy, dusty.

Request room at lower ground since come with baby but get 2nd floor.need more effort with lugagge and baby to go upstair.breakfast serve different from the shown menu and late refill.many guest waiting for food.
