This was the worst hotel I’ve ever gotten so filthy and dirty those “good” reviews you see are fake. Don’t waste your money here. They need deep cleaning from the ceiling to the walls to the floor.

There was mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling the door was filthy the air conditioning was so dirty you could not turn and also broken our white socks became black from the filthy floors which have not been cleaned. Found hair in the bed and the only chair was broken. You have two very small bath towels which don’t even match and only one wash cloth and hand towel.

The property itself is conveniently located near Hwy 1 and across the street from the Del Monte Shopping Mall. I booked this place because it was dog-friendly and offered free parking. When I checked-in, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. He assigned us a room that was roomy. The rooms are old and not fancy. My only complaint about this place is since it is dog friendly, property staff don’t seem to take the time to care that people do not pick up their dogs’ poo poos. I did not see any poo poo bags available in the poo poo bag station located where what used to be a swimming pool. Luckily, I always make sure I have my poo poo bags with me so I can clean up after my dog. When I went into the office to complain, the gentleman gave me the impression he would have staff pick up the poo poos and refill the poo poo bags. It did not appear any poo poos were ever picked up nor the poo poos bags refilled.

Great room, clean and comfortable. The front desk person was so helpful and friendly and fun to speak with. Great area and close to areas of interest to our family.

Property just fine it's just a old place it'll do for a quick stay nothing extravagant. Rooms are big just needs a little attention. When we entered the room was super clean an smelled clean thats a plus for us ..

DIRTY
Other peoples trash in the room, loud if you’re downstairs, looks like it had never had a proper cleaning. Walls dirty, handles dirty, totally gross. I stay at hotels/motels all the time and this was one of the worst. Couldn’t wait to get out.
