Convenient bus to Heathrow.

This property actually exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay for a connection.

Clean room , staffs are nice, Hotel is accessible to public transit and the 7$ bus to the airport was awesome cheaper than taking an Uber.

Stayed one night. Did not get to experience any eateries. Used the Hoppa Hotel shuttle to and from LHR - very easy quick ride. Check in was good. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We are flying back to LHR in September and will definitely book this hotel

The property and a least the room I had on the first floor was in excellent condition. By chance I had stayed at the Premier Inn in Bath for the previous 10 days, in a standard room and the room layout was exactly the same in both places. The Inn at Heathrow had far nicer carpets and seemed much better kept at least in the room where I stayed.

1) Never responded to requests in text via Expedia last night - and, couldn't get them by phone (my phone an issue getting through London at airport, 2) took a long time to get a person at the desk when I got there, 3) Ordered dinner when I got there - took a long time to get food, 4) Hallway needed to be vacuumed (midnight and this morning as well), 5 kids were very loud midnight from the next room, 6) the best part was I did get sleep and the next morniong the bus to LHR Terminal 3 only cost me 7 GPB and was quick! Wish I'd known that option was possible last night - took a long time to get a taxi.

The check in was easy. We arrived early and our room was ready. Good security because the key card is used to open the elevators. The room was very clean and fresh. Our only concern was the height of the tub to get in and out, but it looked newly renovated. Some tissues in the bathroom would be nice. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle to the terminal for 7 euro and the driver helped us with our luggage.

Comfortable, clean hotel convenient for Heathrow. Good restaurant and helpful staff.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but fine. An excellent choice close to Heathrow.

The restaurant staff were great and the room was nice, though the hallway carpet was a bit difficult to roll my luggage on
