Clean room, Excellent breakfast, Helpful staff Ordered a cab to the airport the prior evening and it was ready first thing in the morning. The evening before I arrived I requested train pick up shuttle which is advertised as an option with a charge and a rude woman at the front desk kept saying I can't help you and after I called back twice she hung up on me

The breakfast buffet was quite good and the staff were excellent. They gave gave us a better room this time, bigger and on the higher floor a bit quieter than the last one. The air condiotion still didn’t work but at least the temperature was quite cooler than than the first week we arrived.

The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff was excellent. The location is very convenient and very close to the Duomo and shopping areas. The first room we got was ok but did not have ant air condition and Milan was quite warm when we arrived, so they told us to just open the windows. We didn’t sleep very well because of all the noise outside especially the construction that was going on right across from our window. It was a very hard four nights we had in our room.

The staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. They made two Canadian women feel like they were coming back home after being out. Every shift we met was as good as the one before. Clean staff were courteous. Front desk were the best staff of other hotels we've stayed at.
