Fantàstic Breakfast menu was wonderful, great choices of à la carte and buffet catering both Asian and Western breakfasts. Service everywhere was kind, extremely attentive and timely. The room is cleaned twice a day and left in pristine condition. You can call for a surprise of the day once a day for a treat brought to your door. The pool and communal areas are always clean, and the beach is paradise. Although it's located in the centre, it is still quiet as the resort is so large, and ideally located to go to dinner on the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

What a hotel. Centara Reserve is pure luxury. Stayed here recently for 5 nights and from the moment of check-in to check-out, everything was perfect.

Our stay at Centara Reserve was truly unforgettable, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible people who made it so special.
Fah went above and beyond in every way, and the fact that she shared a birthday with Donovan made the experience even more meaningful. She made sure it was celebrated in such a thoughtful, personal way that we’ll never forget. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out.
Sai, the manager, was equally amazing. You can tell how much pride he takes in creating an exceptional guest experience. Everything felt seamless, elevated, and truly special because of his leadership.
Together, they created moments that went far beyond what you expect from a luxury stay. We left feeling so well taken care of and already can’t wait to come back.

It is not a bad place and I might even go back. But I will definitely do a broader search next time to see if I can find a place a little more up the luxury scale. I did visit the Kimpton, W, and Vana Belle. I have to say I think all factors considered, this Centara is equal or better. And all other those are at higher price points. I reckon they exceed the Centara in some aspects, but overall, I stand by my opinion

Stay was wonderful. Staff were incredible, property condition great, location was perfect for us. Not in the middle of the action, but close enough to get there easily.
