The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively large in pictures however does not fit my perceived definition of suite and is instead a very slightly larger room.

S'ha quedat amb la parella

A beautiful bedroom.Clean and with quality linen. We ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty. We had a last minute transport problem .A kind lady on reception assisted us and translated with the driver.She found a solution to the problem.She saved the day!
