laundry facility fine, coin only, not available midnight to 7 am. rooms kept warm, (too warm for this perimenopausal woman) but the window opens fine and the breeze was perfect to cool the room. rooms small but met my needs.

Location: Good (close to JR Sugamo, around 5 mins walk), 24 hrs Supermarket (Seiyu), 24 hrs Convenience stores in 1-2 mins walk Services: Good Facilities: Average (some facilities are dated) It is not my first time to stay at this hotel, and not the last time for sure. Will choose this hotel again when I am at Tokyo next time

One big downside of the room was that the air conditioning only blew hot air, and there wasn’t even an option to use just the fan without the heat.
