Fantàstic
Stay at this property was highlight of our trip. Photos and description of property doesn’t do enough justice to it. It has amazing view, their apartment was very well kept, it has old rustic style feeling which is so good. We got their breakfast which was yummy home made and tasty. If we come to Tuscan we will definitely stay here.

Great location. Room was really nice. Only problem we had, which is minor (or major if you ask my wife), was the coffee pot didn’t brew our coffee. They do have bicycles, but after getting there, the fantasy of cycling into towns was absolutely unrealistic (narrow roads, windy, distance) so we had to use our rental car to park outside of town and walk in, which was just fine actually. I would recommend staying here, we liked it.

Stunning location, photos don't do it justice. Very spacious accommodation. Make sure you brush up on your Italian before arriving as the staff don't speak English (and they shouldn't have to). There are activities and dinners you can reserve but make sure to do so at least a day in advance.

Wonderful property in a very quiet location Disappointing that the sauna costs extra per use and is limited to two hours. This was the main reason we booked this place so this was a disappointment.

The room we had, we chose an inexpensive room, was a bit dark and furniture was old and tired. The shower screen was leaking badly so had to cleanup after each shower. The location was beautiful and convenient to montepulciano.
