Fantàstic
Breakfast was simple. Gym had everything but A/C wouldn’t come down lower than 77. Room on the 7th floor was great room nice and quiet.

I enjoyed everything about the stay! Friendly staff. Clean rooms and hallways. Close to a lot. Good breakfast. Sharron at the front desk was amazing and made me feel welcomed! Would stay here again!

Genial
The property location is both good and not so great. Good in that it’s close to many things and easy to get around Dallas, not so good in that you hear road noise in rooms. They do provide ear plugs in room, which helps. Standard Tru amenities, so if you’ve stayed at one you are familiar with this. The rooftop bar is nice addition, but closes at 10pm or 11pm which is earlier than other bars in the area.

Stay was very good clean property. Staff attentive and friendly. Only negative comment , noticed homeless person in parking lot and inside lobby during my stay. Particularly in the morning hours

Great stay, no issues, nice staff, good breakfast. The only thing is parking is very limited and there is a lot of traffic noise from the main road right outside the building but they did provide earplugs in room. We were able to walk to the American Airlines Center both nights we stayed to see the concerts we were going to. About a 15-20 minute walk.
