客室は壁の隅っこに埃が溜まってました。でもスタッフ全ての方が穏やかな笑顔でほっこりしました。朝食は美味しかったけど会場が狭いと感じました。時間に余裕がない時は早めに行った方がいいと思います。天然温泉は男女時間入れ替え制なのでちょっと苦手でした。

Fantàstic 日本に行くといつもお世話になっているホテルです。今回は日本国内を旅行して、このクラスのホテルをいくつも利用しましたが、ここが最強です。ここは常時スタッフの方々がいらっしゃり、タブレット端末の画面を使わずにチェックインもできます。
また次回、ここに泊まれる機会を楽しみにしています。ありがとうございました！

Facilities were good.
Room & bathroom were of a reasonable size.... bigger that 3 others we stayed in during our time in Japan.
Downside was the lack of English speaking staff... but Western Tourists are probably not their market.
Ten out of ten for the staff trying to help.
Breakfast was 'very Japanese' & I was frustrated that they would not / could not supply a bowl & milk so I could have breakfast cereal (that I bought at a local Family Mart store. Perhaps I should have I should have bought milk too). Managed with hot water instead.
