Great location. Amenities were sub par. The property listed shampoo so one would expect conditioner to go with that but it didn't. The hairdryer acted like a diffuser instead of a actual hair dryer. I think a mini fridge would be the best addition. AC worked great. All in all I would stay here again because of value and location.

Tiny hotel, you get off the elevator and there are only 4-6 rooms:) the location was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is the ice was on the ground floor, and the coffee service didn’t have anything but powdered creamer. It was reasonably priced for the area, I would stay again.

If you stay in a double double, you will be facing Grand St. You will hear everything on this rather busy street. I was 7 floors up, and it felt like the windows were open. Noisy late into the night and early in the morning. I mentioned it to the front desk. They are aware of this and told me all the rooms were like that. Other than the cramped space, everything else was ok. Not great, but ok. One strange interaction I had with the hotel staff was that they knocked on my door mid-afternoon despite my Do Not Disturb sign. They came inside to check for water damage on the ceiling. Felt suspicious to me. Felt like a pretext for checking up on me.

The room-although small-was clean, quiet and up to date. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would stay again if we decide to stay in Soho.
