The hotel is a perfect location for a stay before a cruise. The beds are really comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The highlight is definitely the breakfast.

Very nice hotel with nice indoors amenities and the best breskfast ever. It’s also very near the Metro Station. We’ve been there many times and we’ll visit the hotel again.

Asked for a little bit of milk for my tea, was charged 20mins for it , normal service wouldn’t charge this . Place is in excellent condition

Room service not available 24/7. We asked for a cup of tea at the bar just after 11pm and we were told the bar for close. After insisting on the fact that we only needed a bit of hot water the bar staff agreed to give it us but they clearly were quite annoyed by it.

I like the fact that the hotel is just a few steps from the ferry to the center and the metro. So convenient but not noisy, not crowded. Hotel is new, well staffed. Room is spacious, clean, and simple. Bed is King sized with clean, soft linen. What is really awsome is the breakfast which covers from coffee, tea, juice to bakery, mixed greens, pastries, bread...you name it! Staff is helpful, courteous, and professional. We certainly will stay here again if we are to go back to Copenhagen

Very useful shared work space with great WiFi in reception so I was able to check out on my last day and work very effectively while awaited my late flight. Great Hotel
