Fantàstic Room was spacious and clean except for the toilet spray had dirt from previous guests.
Towels were not changed daily and it is difficult to try up used towels as the bathroom doesn't have sunlight.
The check in was convenient except for the requirement of getting a code was not specified during the booking.
Overall, with the location and the hotel condition, it was a very good stay!

The location was close to the subway station, the surrounding area offers good dining options. The hotel reception was inefficient, we would expect front desk staff proficient in English. Breakfast was mediocre to say at least, not worth paying extra for that. Room service is not available during a short stay

Great for big families and in a great central location. I would definitely come here again. Laundry facility was good, staff when we saw them were really nice, no loud noises, many families coming in and out. Air conditioning was nice.

Fantàstic Hard to check-in, especially after hours. Having someone in the front desk would help. Overall stay was pleasant. Location is great. Would also be great to have a luggage delivery service available.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to train stations and the skyline to return to Narita airport. The room itself has plenty of space for a family of four. Staff were very helpful, with a smooth check in/out process. We really enjoyed our stay here.

No front desk staff, no toothbrush and toothpaste and no other small accessories. Breakfast was too simple and poor compared to others for this price.
