The hotel location was good - a few streets off the beaten path from all the craze. The room was not great as the property staff did not clean daily aside from fresh towels and emptying of trash when full. They gave us an ADU room (not requested) so the bathroom would get soaked when showering with slippery floors. The toilet worked sometimes, requiring constant pumping of the wall button to get it to flush - very annoying in the middle of the night. The walls were pretty beat up and there was an occasional spot of dried food/drink that had never been cleaned. The lobby served refreshments but no coffee in the morning rather tea and lemonade … ugh!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very walkable area with many restaurants to choose from and not far from Galleria, Duomo area. Hotel staff were friendly, kind and helpful.

Nice little Italian boutique hotel . The morning buffet selection isn’t very big, but the food they offer is tasty. Well located very near by the duomo .

It is really not a 5 start hotel , rather 3 star . Very small rooms , single sinks for double occupancy . Breakfast note very good and pricey . Staff were very good

The hotel, staff and location were fantastic. We did have an issue with the AC and the beds were not particularly comfy but the hotel itself is really lovely with great facilities
