The location is excellent so close to San Marco and the doge palace you can look at the grand canal from my window. Very clean with helpful staff

The hotel is about a 6–10 minute walk from the S. Marco–S. Zaccaria vaporetto stop. It was very easy to find by following Google Maps directions. It is located in a safe area, very close to the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica. The bathroom was spacious, although the shower itself was quite small (an enclosed glass shower). Since we are both petite women, it wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast buffet is included, which was a nice bonus. However, keep in mind that they do not provide daily room cleaning.

Good hotel, close to San Marco square. Not an area i would choose for my next trip. It seemed dirtier than 2,3 blocks over.

My daughter fell down the sleepery stairs going to the breakfast room. Staff said it has happened before and the hotel does not even aknowledge it. Hotel manager never showed up and front desk person said it would take 24 hours to see Camara footage.

Helpful staff, great location and a very nice full breakfast included with our room. Having a glass of wine outside at the water taxi entrance was one of the highlights of my trip.

The property was in a fabulous location and staff were very friendly. I didn’t get a response when asking for the best way to get to the hotel from the airport despite chasing. We had water in the room upon arrival but it wasn’t replenished which was a bit disappointing. But I would recommend the hotel, the room was ready early and they were very helpful on site.

Hotel is great! Easy walk to San Marco and other areas in Venice. Breakfast is good and has a nice restaurant and bar onsite. Clean and good size rooms and super helpful staff. Highly recommend staying on your next trip.
