The breakfast buffet was delicious and features a variety of foods. The rooms were small but sufficient. The staff was very friendly. They held our luggage for a few hours after we checked out for no additional charge. It was very quiet and the bed and linens were quite comfortable.

Double room. Location is good. Room size is ok for a double room. Room is mostly cleaned as not much dust around. Toliet has mould around the bath tub, sink, and on exhaust fan. The air purifier is dusty and the outside of the water tank is dirty, didn't want to use it at all.

Genial 더블룸은 혼자 사용하기 적당한 크기였으나 화장실이 일본 특유의 조립형 바스라 비좁고 냄새가 좀 나는점이 불편했습니다.
물은 제공하지 않지만 타올과 휴지통은 매일 교체해주고 비워주며, 체크인 전 가방도 맡아줍니다.
호텔 위치가 텐진역과 가까워 텐진 주변에서 쇼핑하기에는 좋아서 다음에 다시 후쿠오카에 쇼핑하러 올 경우 이용하려고 합니다.

we are asked to change room due to original reservation facility is not functional. the room is very small and crowded that is really uncomfortable experiences.
