Friendly reception staff. Basic accomodation in the centre of Santa Cruz. No Aircon but the ceiling fan worked surprisingly well.
Only downside was the very noisy cleaning staff chatting in their office on the floor below from 8am.

Centrally located (nearby to Teatro Guimerá station), clean and comfortable. Can get a bit noisy (as expected in a city centre location) so earplugs may be advisable, but had great sleep every night nonetheless. If I return to SC in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

It is located in the best area in Santa Cruz, close to all main sightseeings. The rooms are a little bit outdated. Staff is really nice and attentive.

The bed was brick hard, one pillow which was very poor. The noise all through the night was horrendous. We did not sleep at all.

Excellent location. Very noisy hotels, guests shouting, slamming doors, singing into the small hours and nothing done about it.
Fridge very noisy, one very thin pillow each and hot water practically non existent in shower
