Pictures listen to us not what we expected. Facility was in bad conditions who was very dirty towels in the room were worn out room with extremely hot frames. Room simply did not look like advertise.

Great location with easy walking access to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, I was disappointed that the booking indicated breakfast was included, yet I was later charged for it—and the cost was about three times what a similar meal would have been at a nearby restaurant. The staff were also not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. The location was a plus, but the unexpected breakfast charge and lack of hospitality were disappointing.

Just for one night but I always stay here when I’m Merida which is often. Great location, nicely designed and spacious rooms, they need to do some basic upkeep but overall still love this place for the price.

Clean room, nice bathroom, have stayed here several times. I enjoy the location, design of the rooms, comfort, the rooms are large and the pool is nice. Great value for price.

This time I was given a room that wasn't as nice as before, the privacy curtain didn't work properly, there were two unpainted patches on the wall and there was a slight sewer smell.
