A warm welcome and a pleasant place to stay and car park just down the road which was good and not too expensive. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting Rochester..

Genial For the hotel itself. Warm welcome, easy check in. Room was spacious, warm and clean. Looks like the place hasn't long been renovated, however, signs of maintenance issues already evident, e.g. The shower was leaking cold water and the tray wasn't draining. That said, I had a good night sleep and I'd stop again.
As an aside, street parking is very limited. The car park down the road is useful, but also the commuter car park for the train station, so very busy.

With such a low price, the quality of this hotel exceeded expectations. Really clean and comfy room, kind staff and great breakfast

A great little hotel with very clean rooms and in a quiet location.
There is an inexpensive public car park very close to the hotel.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
