It was okay for the purpose of the room. My husband and I was in Columbus for my cousin's wedding so we stayed at the hotel for two nights I didn't get the lady's name for Saturday and Sunday morning 7/11 &7/12 but she was extremely helpful and nice 😊

I did not get much rest in my two days of staying here. There was a child at the pool squeezing each night until 10 pm. Someone called my room at 10 at night. A woman and her child were very noisy going to their room after 10 at night (probably the same ones that were at the pool. I could hear people talking in the hall throughout the night. There were a lot of police sirens in the middle of the night. I woke up at 3:30 am my second day, couldn't get back to sleep, so decided to leave. There were two police officers in the lobby asking the desk worker about one of the customers. This place referred to its guests as transients, and made sure you knew you were a transient. The ice machine wasn't working. My room was only half cleaned after the first night. My bed was made, and I had new towels (despite hanging my old ones up to reuse), but the coffee pot still had the mornings coffee and filter in it. The cushion for the chair was in a vertical position, not horizontally where it should be. They restocked the soap and shampoo, but not the coffee and creamer/sugar packets. It's like they got distracted in the middle of cleaning and never returned to finish.
