We upgraded at check in to have club room access and were very happy with the view and room size. The happy hour drinks and food served then was more than worth it along with a quieter breakfast experience and light refreshments served during the day but there were very limited choices for anyone with a vegan or vegetarian diet. Staff very pleasant and helpful through out. Location was easy 10 min walk to shopping arcade and 15-20 mins to the main sights. Would recommend and would stay again.

Can't fault the hotel at all. We booked the premium room king bed with breakfast. The room was huge, lots of amenities provided, large bed, bathroom and storage areas. The included breakfast was great including western and Japanese options. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance (10 mins) to ground zero memorial and museum. Hiroshima station is 25 min walk and plenty of excellent japanese restaurants in close vicinity. Closest train station is 15 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Stayed 2 nights with family. Fantastic stay. Room excellent. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast fantastic. Hotel well positioned for sights. Very good value. Thoroughly recommend.

We had an epic stay here I wished it was longer! The rooms had so much space we stayed in two rooms. The beds are so comfortable and the entire hotel staff was so lovely! Can’t wait to be back! We had executive access and their spread of food and drinks was great!

ホテル全体が新しく和風を取り入れたモダンなデザインで清潔感がある。スタッフは詳細まで気が利きフレンドリー。 最上階のラウンジは朝食からハッピーアワーまでサービスがあり便利なので必要に応じてアクセス購入を考慮すべきだと思う。 レストラン泉水の鉄板焼きを利用。コースは値段分の価値は十分あると思う。大満足だった。
