Tired hotel with virtually no staff or facilities. Location very poor due to loud noise from Burger King resturaunt next to hotel which went on till 1am.
The area was 30 minutes walk to town center, and had little public transport access with no Uber cover.
Unfortunatly on the night we stayed another guest had his motorcyle damaged by local vandals.
Hotel was clean bed good but pillows were terrible.

The hotel location was great , the Staff Abod who was in the reception is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and in a nice location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Abdel. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and always had a smile on his face. He made the hotel stay feel like home!

The outside leaves you wondering if you made the righ choice and getting in was a bit of a challenge. But once inside the room was cleam, up to date and very comfortable. The staff was nice.
Enter the garage behind the car dealership. Door to hotel will take you right to reception area.

Friendly staff. Clean room and public areas. Good breakfast. Relatively close to Haupbahnoff and central area of Ulm.
What I didn’t like were:
1. Limited lighting in the room
2. Shower curtain blows into you when the shower water is on, making it difficult to bathe and nearly impossible to shave one’s legs
3. Loud bathroom fan runs for about 15 minutes after turning off the bathroom light. Can hear it from the main bedroom.

The Hotel itself is good & very friendly reception guy - But it is in the middle of a retail park - overlooking a Burger King - so wasn't really what we wanted for a vacation stay - but we had a good nights sleep - we went to another Hotel nearby for our evening meal!
