Staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurant was excellent. Gym was well equipped and quite early in the morning. Great location too.

They welcome me back warmly every time i get there and it's so nice to see everyone again who i've known for years. Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, the housekeeping was flawless and really flexible around our requirements. The food (room service and restaurants) was delicious and the roof top restaurant / bar had a great atmosphere for either dinner or end of the night drinks. My only disappointment was that the pool never had sun, it was fully in the shade all day everyday. Also, we paid for a city skyline view room, the view was breathtaking, however due to the development and intense work site noise happening on the road facing us, it wasn’t hugely enjoyable sitting on the balcony.

It is a nice hotel with a good view in a nice area. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I would stay there again if I ever make my way back to Dubai.
