It is a good environmentally conscious hotel. Also, it is in a park, and the surroundings are very nice.

Loved it! The exterior looks like a castle. The interior of rooms is modern. It is next to a nice park with walking trails. Close to some attractions and public transportation. Breakfast is the same every morning and could use a little variety but it is very good.

Everything to like, no issues. Walkable to centre.

What a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it.

The room was a loft and it was clean and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ivan was extra helpful and getting everything arranged. Simple and efficient hotel. A couple of things to be aware of: there are steps up into the main area of the room, along with stairs up to the loft. Loved the bikes!!! They really make it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Easy! A few things that could have been better : The air conditioner struggled to cool the room down. It felt as if it was low on refrigerant. They sent maintenance to assess; but there wasn't much difference. The room heats up in the late afternoon. They offered to move me to another room - but since i was checking out the following morning, i declined as it would have been a lot more work to pack, unpack and head out in the early am. I opened the windows and it cooled down upstairs. Lastly- the windows REALLY need to be cleaned. A cool view but dirt, moss, etc on the windows takes away from it all.

I booked the hotel based on the reviews. I didn't feel it deserves the reviews it has - note that everything is based on the value for money - and for the price paid, it wasn't good value for money. 1- self check in and out - be prepared (this would be expected at €50/ a night ibis budget level). 2- visible wear and tear in the bathroom area. 3- bad carpet smell in the corridors leading to bedrooms. 4 - breakfast choices were poor and we didn't eat in 5- when choosing the hotel i filetered to hotels with parking. Only to discover that there is no actual parking at the hotel, but in a nearby Qpark private parking costing over €30/night - perhaps i should have read the description prior to booking, or perhaps this is the fault of hotels. Com for not having the right criteria for parking. As a customer, when i filter 'hotel that has parking' i actually expect the hotel to actually have their own parking facilities.

Very good hotel in an excellent location.

The staff was the best! Everyone was always helpful and very kind. Breakfast was plentiful and with very nice coffee and tea. Western park is amazing giving a very nice view from the hotel and the restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel are a nice addition.

The hotel felt very hip & friendly. The park setting was great!
